When the first teaser trailer for the upcoming adaptation of Stephen King's ITcame out,Melodrama Archives I was so dangerously excited that I immediately re-read the entire book.
Well now I've finished it (I can confirm it's just as great second time around), and the only way for me to kill time before the film comes out is by relentlessly poring over every single piece of new footage in obsessive detail.

"Here," whispers Pennywise, holding up Georgie's paper boat from the darkness of the storm drain. "Take it."
That's a hell of a lot of creepiness packed into just three words.
It doesn't always appear in the form of a clown. Confronting kids with their biggest fears is one of the other favourite tricks of the monster living beneath Derry.
This was definitely the bit that made me jump the most.
The only thing more creepy than a clown is a clown in a weird place. Peering around the corner of a sewer pipe, for instance.
It looks like the hands of people who've been burned alive. This could be related to a story Mike's father tells him in the book — a grim tale about the time he narrowly escaped an army clubhouse that had been set on fire by KKK members (just one of the many dark moments in Derry's history).
Shudder.
Looks like this is in the House on Neibolt Street, which is the setting for the Losers' Club's first group encounter with Pennywise.
No reference to anything like this in the book, but it looks like a suitably creepy addition to the story. The only thing worse than one clown (apart from a clown in the sewer) is lots and lotsof clowns.
If that's not enough to make you weep with fear, nothing is.
YOU'LL FLOAT TOO.
