LONDON -- It appears that someone went a tad overboard with the dry ice machine for the Halloween festivities in London.
A thick blanket of fog shrouded Londoners over the weekend,TV Movie Archives and the city saw a particularly misty morning Monday, giving the city an eerie feel just in time for the 31st of October.
