We're all panicked about having seven Game of Thronesepisodes this season instead of the usual 10,zoo sex videos and while they aren't fully making up for lost time, there's hope yet. The episodes are all around one-hour exactly, and the final two are the longest the show has ever had.
SEE ALSO: Will 'Game of Thrones' Season 7 feature super-sized episodes?Below are the episode run times:
Episode 1: 59 minutesEpisode 2: 59 minutesEpisode 3: 63 minutesEpisode 4: 50 minutesEpisode 5: 59 minutesEpisode 6: 71 minutesEpisode 7: 81 minutes
The last two in particular are records for the show; previously, the longest episode to date was Season 6's "The Winds of Winter," coming in at a whopping 68 minutes. Even the series finale of The Leftovers, which HBO aired on Sunday, took 77 minutes to wrap everything up.
The Watchers on the Wall claims this is the longest run time for seven episodes of Game of Thrones. Season 7 is seven hours and 20 minutes -- HBO's own Big Little Lies lasted seven episodes that added up to less than six-and-a-half hours.
So, they're not all super-sized episodes, but the inflated final episodes are sure to provide an epic season finale -- which, to be fair, Thronesalways does.
