SEE ALSO: Here's what happens if Donald Trump raises Bill Clinton's sexual misconduct at the debate"Join me in St. Louis, Missouri - as I conclude my debate prep," the video description read. Trump joined members of the press as four women -- Paula Jones, Kathy Shelton, Kathleen Willey and Juanita Broaddrick -- made brief statements.
"These four courageous women have asked to be here," Trump said, "and it was our honor to help them."
Paula Jones is a former state employee from Arkansas who accused Bill Clinton of sexual harassment in 1994. The case eventually led to the revelation of Clinton's affair with Monica Lewinsky, and Clinton's subsequent impeachment, but Jones' suit was dismissed. While on appeal, Clinton and Jones settled the case for $850,000, with no admission of wrongdoing.

Kathy Shelton was a 12-year-old who was allegedly raped by Thomas Alfred Taylor. Hillary Clinton (then Hillary Rodham) was Taylor's court-appointed attorney in the 1975 case; charges of first-degree rape were downgraded to a lesser charge for which Taylor served 10 months.
"At 12-years-old, Hillary put me through something that you never put a 12-year-old through," said Shelton. "She says she's for women and children. And she was asked last year what happened and she said she's supposed to defend whether they did it or not."
Juana Broaddrick is a retired nursing home operator who claims Bill Clinton raped her in 1978. Clinton denied the allegation, which Broaddrick officially made in 1999, after denying it had happened during the Paula Jones suit.

The fourth woman present was Kathleen Willey, who, in 1998, accused Clinton of sexual assault in the White House in 1993. Willey said, "The first day that [Trump] announced for president, he said, 'I love this country and I want America to be great again.' And I cried when he said that, because I think that this is the greatest country in the world."
At least three of the women will reportedly be in the debate audience tonight.
Shortly after the press conference, Hillary Clinton's campaign issued a statement, calling it an "act of desperation."

At least one report said pool reporters were told they would be seeing Trump's final debate prep and were surprised to find the women in the room.
