Lynk & Co on Down TownJan. 3 unveiled its largest-ever model, the 900, featuring a spacious interior, stylish design, and high-tech features in a bid to compete with hot-selling models like the Range Rover and Li Auto’s L9 SUVs. The full-size SUV measures 5.2 meters in length, 1.8 meters in height, and has a wheelbase of nearly 3.2 meters. It is equipped with digital LED front and rear lights that can display customized symbols and perform communication light functions.
The six-seater SUV is said to offer third-row passengers more space than existing models, with adjustable seats, while the second-row chairs can slide and swivel, making it easier for passengers to get in and out. The plug-in hybrid SUV also features two 30-inch-wide 6K infotainment screens for front and rear passengers, along with NVIDIA chips enabling advanced driver assistance capabilities. Lynk & Co, formerly co-owned by Geely and Volvo, is forming a new electric vehicle group with its sister brand Zeekr. In November, Volvo announced it would sell its stake in Lynk & Co to Zeekr and Geely as part of a restructuring move by the Chinese auto giant. [TechNode reporting]
