The change seems to have been implemented as of this week. When searching for TweetDeck or XPro, I was taken straight to a subscription page for Blue (once known as Twitter Blue).
Social media consultant and analyst Matt Navarra wrote that the change is "bad news for social media managers, journalists, and power users."
