Allstar Marketing Group, based in Hawthorne, NY, filed the suit against Amazon.com in New York's Southern District over claims that counterfeit products were being sold on the site, according to court records and a Reutersreport.

These companies make it seem like they're selling real Snuggie blankets and other items on their Amazon product pages, leaving confused customers to leave bad reviews, the plaintiffs claim.
The companies say the counterfeiters are from China, Japan, Thailand and other countries. They are also suing Amazon for copyright infringement.
