Butter sculptures have been part of Canadian tradition since 1924, when a piece depicting the Prince of Wales alongside his horse debuted in the Canadian Pavilion at the British Empire Exhibition. Since then, butter sculptures of Queen Elizabeth II, Prince Philip, and Olympic figure skater Barbara Ann Scott have graced the expo grounds. And now we have Justin Trudeau and two pandas. Adorable!
