The Indians are one game away from clinching their first World Series since 1948. Heading into a critical Game 6 on Tuesday, Cleveland could almost taste the champagne. But Russell, the Cubs' 22-year-old All-Star, made sure there would be no premature celebrations.

Russell is the 19th player in history to hit a grand slam in the World Series, and the first since Paul Konerko did it in 2005.
The Cubs hopped on the scoreboard early with three runs in the top of the first inning. A Chicago victory would force a deciding Game 7 on Wednesday night in Cleveland.
