Takeout Drawing in the Seoul, South Korea, offers a plethora of cakes, treats and drinks, but none is more beautiful or crave-worthy than the Paul's Meringue Factory coffee drink.
This drink is simply espresso and milk topped with a snowy-peaked meringue cookie. Unlike whipped cream, meringue won't melt into a drippy mess nor does it conventionally contain any dairy. You may dip your meringue or eat it sans-coffee bath but whatever you do, make sure you photograph it.
It looks like modern art, which is fitting because the cafe itself functions as an art gallery as well as a place to try concoctions like the Iceberg Macchiato, where espresso is poured over an iceberg of frozen milk.
