It looks like Apple has zero plans to slow down its product launches. Over the last few months it has released two new MacBooks999 Archives an iPad Pro, and an iPhone SE. Next up? A new Apple TV.
Via Cult of Mac, the new 4K Apple TV will feature Apple's A12X chip with 64GB or 128GB. The current Apple TV packs the A10X Fusion chip with either 32GB or 64GB.
The news comes from well-known Apple tipster Jon Prosser.

He also points out that it's ready to ship, so it's possible that Apple might drop the new version any day now.
Unfortunately, Prosser couldn't share what the new version looked like. When asked on Twitter if he had any visuals, he replied:

Given the fact that Apple is currently on a roll with product launches, I wouldn't be surprised if the announcement comes very soon.
And, seeing as how everyone is currently sheltering in place, there's really no better time than now to launch an Apple TV.
We reached out to Apple for comment and will update this story if they respond.
