My favorite features are the training readiness, training load, HRV, and sleep monitoring, so you can schedule your training according to your recovery and body readiness. If you love data like me, you'll love this watch.

The battery life is also incredibly impressive, and a welcome feature for anyone who likes to get up and run without planning a charge beforehand.
